The weather is fabulous with temperatures in the high 20's and early 30's. <br /> <br />Again this year we are fully booked until October. We always seem to have wonderful guests, who appreciate the quiet and features of Le Grand Hermitage. <br />Its fun to observe the guests at a distance. Some drive to receommended places given directions from Richard on how to avoid the Parisien tourists and the German and Dutch Motor homes, but some just stay, rest, drink a glass or two, swim, laze and generally do nothing, despite their best intentions. <br /> <br />Le Grand Hermitage woos you, its wraps its arms about you and absorbs you into its comforting web. Even the brave sightseers make sure they are back at Le Grand Hermitage mid afternoon to recover from the drive or large lunch and snooze gently in the hammocks. <br /> <br />Tomorrow its market day, which at the moment is a bit too busy with holiday makers, but I am cooking for guests so I need to see whats nice.mmmmm I feel some nice seafood for starters, and some lovely fresh lamb perfumed with our garden herbs.
